There is also a small parlor off the dining room, this could be a breakfast room or small office, depending on your needs.

The bedrooms are located up a small stairway of this split-level home and include the original hardwood floors and details that make this home charming. Both bedrooms have ample space, and the rear bedroom has a bright and sun-filled sunroom, too. The main bath is in great condition as well.

There is a large 2 car garage with interior access, a rare find in these older homes. The laundry center is located here, and the washer and dryer are included.
