Jeff Stone, Partner
Jeff Stone is a second-generation builder. His passion for construction lasted throughout his schooling, and he started working full time for Diamond Construction while in law school. Recognizing the market need for higher quality construction, Jeff leveraged his construction base, and started developing homes. Having worked in China for the US-China Green Energy Council, Jeff strives to implement sustainable building techniques. Jeff earned his undergraduate degrees from UCLA and his Juris Doctorate from UC Davis School of Law. He is currently a licensed real estate broker and a member of the California State Bar.
Sean Carroll, Partner
Sean has been in the real estate lending and investment business for over 20 years. Before building single family homes, Sean was a founding member of BWC Mortgage, a division of Bank of Walnut Creek. At BWC Mortgage Sean was responsible for originating residential, commercial and construction financing. In his current position, Sean is involved with all facets of the building process, from initial design to the completion of construction. Sean has a passion for interior design and brings strength, creativity and innovation to every project. Sean is a graduate of UC Berkeley and resides with his wife and children in Lafayette.
