Features

With commanding city views over Parker Ranch, this custom hilltop home is a serene and private retreat from the demands of a busy Silicon Valley life, and yet a quick 10-minute drive from Hwy 85. Drive 10 minutes in the opposite direction, and you’re in the heart of historic Saratoga for shopping, award-winning dining, and wine tasting.  Enjoy an active, social lifestyle all around with trails for hiking and biking, and the Saratoga Country Club just minutes from your front door.

When staying in or entertaining at home, the kitchen features Sub-Zero refrigeration, a 6-burner, dual-fuel convection range, second built-in convection oven, warming drawer, microwave and two wine/beverage coolers.  A third beverage fridge in the foyer dry bar is the perfect gathering spot to welcome guests or to unwind and enjoy both city and mountain views.

The formal living and dining rooms have city views, while the family room and eat-in kitchen have vistas to the surrounding hills and the enchanting and resort-like back yard. Patios lead you along the rear of the home to a graciously sized pergola and bocce ball court.  Winding pathways connect the upper yard with a flat and level lawn with yet another outdoor living space shaded by the canopy of a mature oak.

Four of the home’s five bedrooms are on the main floor.  The fifth bedroom is tucked privately downstairs and enjoys its own kitchenette, en-suite bath, private patio, and views of city lights – while perfect for extended stay visitors, it can also flex to become a home theatre/media room, game room or home gym – you choose!  The master suite is a wonderful retreat, with a cozy fireplace and library shelves, generous bath and closet, and private office or dressing room.

Truly a luxury getaway just moments from the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley, welcome home to Arrowhead Lane.
