Welcome to 42 Megan Drive in San Francisco.

Wait, what? It’s a condo? This 2 level enormous house-like condo is positively mind-bending in a city full of matchbox sized layouts with hardly a closet to be found. Built just over 10 years ago with quality finishes and thoughtful design.

With practical living in mind, this home boasts an entertaining space with expansive ceilings, an open floor plan and hillside, downtown and bay views. Two generously sized bedrooms and a stylish bathroom complete the main floor. Upstairs, the oversized master bedroom has walk in closets, an en suite bath furnished with modern finishes in mint condition and a walk-out private terrace. An additional room on this floor (could be a study, a nursery or fourth bedroom), leads out to a balcony with an exceptional outlook over the bay.

Decked out with Nest systems, recessed lighting, wood floors, storage space galore and an in-unit laundry. For the eco savvy commuter, enjoy a private car charging station, too!

Upper unit in a two unit association with low fees. Immediate access to 101 and steps to MUNI, LIttle Hollywood Park and more. 42 Megan is a little hard to find but worth the search.

A true find in an insane market where finding a large home in San Francisco’s core neighborhoods has become an impossible and unaffordable dream. Well, here’s an opportunity to make that spacious living dream come true!

Neighborhood

Little Hollywood, formerly a segment of Visitacion Valley, is a newly-defined neighborhood. Generally speaking, it is a triangle between Highway 101 and Bayshore Boulevard at their northernmost convergence. Reputedly, the area is so named because of the number of silent film stars who once resided there, including the infamous Mae West. Little Hollywood Park is located on Lathrop Avenue on the south end of this neighborhood, and the Bayshore Caltrain station is nearby. Also, Little Hollywood is in close proximity to Candlestick Point, Cow Palace, Brisbane and about 10 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.

As prices in core neighborhoods like Noe Valley, Bernal Heights and Glen Park increase and upward pressure from the Peninsula continues, ideal commuter friendly neighborhoods like Little Hollywood are becoming the rage.  Shaving off commute time while landing comfortable and convenient living is a smart choice.
