511 La Mancha Court
511 La Mancha Court is a 2441 square foot ranch style home on a relatively level .31 acre lot. It is tucked away toward the end of one of Diablo West’s favorite courts. With the stucco exterior and barrel tile roof, the home would fit nicely in Carmel or Santa Barbara. The architecture complements the indoor/outdoor living.
The home’s most appreciated feature is its backyard – one of the nicest we have seen in the neighborhood! There is a sparkling pool, several areas for relaxing, dining, or entertaining, and an expansive lawn. Because the lot is a bit elevated, privacy is increased and the views are enhanced. The westerly view of the Las Trampas Regional Wilderness area is gorgeous. There is plenty of sunny space for a veggie garden or fruit trees. As a bonus there is room on the right side for a large swing gate for RV/boat parking.
The home’s interior flows very well. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and one powder room. The public rooms are nicely sized. The living and dining rooms feel extremely light and airy with their vaulted ceilings. About half the home has beautiful teak flooring. The interior was recently painted in a neutral tone – it is fresh and crisp. The laundry area is behind bifold doors in a dedicated area between the family room and the garage. A three car garage provides plenty of room.
