It's all about the view! Call it breathtaking, jaw dropping, or just simply gorgeous, the panoramic view of the San Ramon Valley and the Las Trampas Ridge beyond is a sight to behold. It is best enjoyed from the backyard patio seated either in the covered dining area, at the bar of the built-in cooking area, or at the edge of the deck in the built in spa. Low voltage LED lighting and front and rear yard fountains add to the ambiance. The home was built in 1969, has 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths, and is approximately 2459 SF. The first floor public areas are extremely elegant, light and bright, and have excellent room to room and indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen features Plato cabinetry (including cabinet fronts on the dishwasher, refrigerator, and trash compactor), high end appliances, and ample counter space. Several of the rooms have built in cabinetry. The master and secondary bath upstairs have been recently updated. Schools in the catchment area are Baldwin Elementary, Charlotte Wood Middle School, and San Ramon Valley HS - three of the most coveted in the District.

The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. The Iron Horse Regional Trail runs through Danville. It was first a railroad that has been converted to an 80-foot (24 m) wide corridor of bike and hike trails as well as controlled intersections. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
