Neighborhood

2166 25th Avenue

Located in the southwest portion of San Francisco, Parkside offers its residents some of the most remarkable neighborhood amenities. Sometimes referred to as part of the Sunset, this area boasts a somewhat suburban feel.

Central Parkside enjoys many outdoor venues such as Charlie Sava Pool, Sunset Recreation Center, Pine Lake Park, Larsen Playground, and Stern Grove with its fabulous free concerts. McCoppin Square includes a gated playground, tennis courts, baseball field and is adjacent to the Parkside Public Library. A block away from the subject property is the 8 block circuit Sunset Reservoir Park, ideal for dog walking and sunsets. Also one of many renewable energy sites is located atop the reservoir. Outer Parkside highlights access to the Beach, the SF Zoo, Lake Merced with its dragonboat races, Harding Park and Olymic Club golf courses.

For great shopping, nearby commercial strips on Noriega, Taraval and Irving Streets provide many services. West Portal neighborhood is close and features a multitude of delightful cafes and restaurants. To the southwest lies Stonestown Galleria mall and freeway access for easy south commutes.

The Parkside neighborhoods offer an engaging mix of families, retirees and students from nearby SF State University. Well-regarded Abraham Lincoln High School is located here, as well as the French International School.
