Located in Diablo West, one of Danville's favorite communities, this 5 bedroom/3 bath home is approximately 2696 square feet and is on a flat .24 acre lot. Built in 1975, the home has been tastefully updated and impeccably maintained by the current owner. The floor plan is open, light, and airy. There is excellent flow from room to room, and from inside to outside. The large kitchen is open to the casual dining area and family room. The dining room and formal living room have vaulted ceilings. A downstairs bedroom next to a full bath is ideal for guests or use as a home office. The garage is finished with built-in cabinetry and an epoxy floor. The rear yard is stunning! A sparkling pool, with elevated hot tub, is surrounded by a stamped and scored concrete patio. There is lawn space for play, room for fruit trees and veggies, and several entertaining areas. A large side yard, paved and with double swing gates, would provide ample space for a boat/vehicle storage. Diablo West (dues $275/q) is loved for its strong sense of community nurtured through HOA sponsored events and exceptional HOA facilities. It is a place where neighbors turn into friends. The location is outstanding - right down the street from an award winning elementary school, a 5 minute bike ride on the trail to the heart of downtown, and commute close to the 680/580 and 680/24 interchanges.
