Christopher Fling presents:
Location + Schools = Home
On the market for the first time in over 40 years, 7544 Kingsbury has been remodeled and expanded to meet the needs of today’s modern family.
Enjoy the best of Cupertino schools - assigned campuses are the distinguished Regnart Elementary, Kennedy Jr High, and Monta Vista High (Buyers should always verify enrollment availability) while coming home to your newly refreshed and tastefully updated home.
The excellent floorplan offers 4 large, spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, an open concept kitchen/family room area with spacious eat-in area and vaulted ceilings, plus separate dining and living rooms which can flex to accommodate the needs of all family members working, distance-learning, and of course, unwinding at home – all at the same time. The master bath is a retreat unto itself – truly the jewel of the home.
The backyard provides wide-open space to not only dine and relax outdoors, but the extra large side yard will make a terrific play area, mini orchard, veggie box area - or all three. Want to spend even more time outdoors? The neighborhood is friendly and walkable, and beautiful Three Oaks Park is just steps away.

Cupertino is perhaps best known as the longtime headquarters of Apple Inc., but the city’s excellent schools also make it a destination for young families. The city of 60,000 is home home to De Anza College. A large number of children live in Cupertino, and residents younger than age 18 comprise almost 28 percent of the city’s population, according to 2010 United States Census Bureau data. Cupertino’s adults are highly educated, with 75 percent of residents 25 and older holding at least a bachelor’s degree. The median household income is $130,000, and 64 percent of Cupertino's 21,027 housing units are owner occupied. In 2011, Apple Inc. announced plans to build a massive new campus in the city housing 13,000 employees in addition to its current Infinite Loop campus. Highway 101 and state Route 85 run through Cupertino, and train service is available in neighboring cities.
