Welcome to 1204 Sharon Park Drive #79, Menlo Park
Christopher Fling presents:
Generous rooms and expansive views are not necessarily what come to mind when the convenience and security of condominium living call to you, but 1204 Sharon Park Drive #79 defies condominium stereotypes with its 1860 square feet of living space and spectacular grounds.
From the gated redwood tree-lined drive, to the golf course views from every room in this home, few single-family homes can provide the amenities and peaceful environment of this move-in ready condo. Enjoy high ceilings and abundant light in every room, and even the updated, eat-in kitchen gets a view to the golf course via the glass sliding doors which lead to the large balcony and outdoor living space with room for both lounging and dining. Of course, there are indoor living and dining rooms to enjoy as well, offering plenty of space to work or school from home, with an additional office situated off the master bedroom that’s perfect for Zoom calls or other tasks requiring a more private setting. Both bedrooms make gearing up or winding down from your day a pleasure with ensuite baths and walk-in closets. An 80 sq ft, indoor, private, garage-level storage room conveniently and easily holds bikes and more.
The community pool, clubhouse, and trails offer outdoor recreation within the development, or walk to Sharon Park to enjoy the pond and play areas. Top-rated schools, parks and shopping are all just minutes from your doorstep.
As a "welcome home" gift to the new owner, 6-months of your membership in the Sharon Park Homeowners’ Association will be prepaid by the Seller - so come visit today and see just how large condo living can be.

Home to more than 10,000 street trees, numerous venture capital firms, and social media giant Facebook, Menlo Park packs a lot into its 9.8 square miles. The city offers residents a lovely place to live amid tree-lined neighborhoods and a friendly community. The city of more than 33,000 got its name from two Irishmen who posted a wooden sign that read "Menlo Park" outside their massive estate in the 1850s. When the railroad came to the area a decade later, officials spotted the sign and gave the station the same name. Menlo Park incorporated twice -- first in 1874 and then in 1927 -- and remained a primarily rural community until World War I, when some 43,000 soldiers trained at Camp Fremont. Today, the city borders Redwood City, Atherton, Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, and Stanford University, as well as San Francisco Bay. Its populace is quite educated, with 70 percent of people older than 25 having at least a bachelor’s degree, according to 2016 United States Census Bureau data. The median household income is $122,000, and the median home value is $1.375 million. In 2011, Facebook moved its headquarters from Palo Alto to Menlo Park. Other businesses and agencies with a strong presence in the city include SRI International and the venture capital firms of Sand Hill Road. The independent bookstore Kepler’s Books has been a local institution for decades, and numerous stores and restaurants line Santa Cruz Avenue, the city’s main shopping street. The city also offers 12 parks and a wide array of recreational activities.
