Giuseppe Zumbo presents:
This sleek, ultra-modern farmhouse-style home marks its 2021 debut this spring! Meticulously designed by Isabella Salvemini, no expense or detail spared for this stylish 4,300 square foot custom-built residence offering 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. The moment you pull into your roundabout driveway, a generous columned porch and cascading olive trees welcome you. Entering through the grand eight-foot door, your eyes are immediately drawn upward, taking in the soaring ten-foot ceilings that continue through the entire main level.
Natural light flows throughout the striking and expansive great room — compliments of generous windows and 17-foot glass La Cantina doors — highlighting the glow of an alabaster-tiled fireplace, a true aesthetic pleasure. From living room to dining area the great room smoothly extends to the kitchen making this the heart of the home, an ideal gathering space for your friends and family. Glam-chic chandeliers and avant-garde lighting fixtures combine with recessed lighting to embellish and illuminate the entire main level.
An inviting and versatile room off the main entry boasts a refined traditional-style mantled fireplace with surrounding built-in shelving; a space poised to become your formal living room, formal dining room, a music room… or whatever you dream up!
A beautiful and fully-outfitted chef’s kitchen features a ten-foot white quartz counter-topped island, two full size prep sinks, a six-burner Thermador range with built in griddle and two ovens, a drawer microwave, abundant contemporary European-style soft close cabinetry with a combination of solid and glass cabinet doors, as well as floating shelves; and a four-stool breakfast bar area. All of this, plus the large walk-in pantry with wine bar fridge, comes together to create the ultimate gourmet culinarian workspace!
An au pair suite off the kitchen with its own full bath and separate entrance is the perfect respite for your family’s caregiver, or a spacious and private guest retreat for visiting relatives.
The glass La Casita doors that fold into the wall open the main area of the home to the covered veranda and manicured yard, for the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living. Twilight soirees are a breeze in the expansive backyard, and the natural gas fire pit will make your home the destination for year-round entertaining.
A contemporary glass-on-glass office off of the great room is an innovative design solution for our work-at-home era, providing an executive ambiance while maintaining a connection to the rest of the family’s daily activities.
On the more private side of the house, a gracious and bright hallway with windows facing into the courtyard connects the four bedrooms, with a stairway to a carpeted upstairs room with skylights, perfect for yoga/meditation. The spacious laundry/utility room features a farmhouse-style work sink and abundant counter space, with built-in cabinets perfect for craft and holiday storage, plus 6” thick walls between this room and the next, to dampen the sound from the machines. A huge attic, along with the additional storage areas tucked under the stairs, maximize use of every available space.
The bathrooms that support the bedrooms are stars in their own right. In addition to the full bath in the au pair suite, this side of the home boasts a full guest bath adorned in warm-toned octagonal marble tile and gold accents; a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the kids’ rooms with separate toilet and shower rooms in addition to a dual sink vanity, allowing multiple children to get ready for school simultaneously and with privacy; and a glowing white-marble-adorned primary suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a deep standalone tub, separate vanity seating area with mirror, huge glassed-in shower with built-in bench, and a massive walk-in closet.
Other above-and-beyond supporting details include the built-in shelving units in each closet, automatic lighting in all of the walk-ins, and special low-light LEDs in the primary bathroom to gently illuminate middle-of-the-night use. In the primary bedroom, a crystal chandelier with “invisible” fan blades that retract into the fixture seamlessly pairs form and function. Even the three-car garage with a generous roundabout driveway was intentionally designed to allow you to always enter the roadway facing out, rather than having to back into traffic.
Nestled on a 16,988 square-foot-lot, this expansive, eco-chic, modern home is a perfect sanctuary where (as we begin to gather again) your extended family and friends will feel welcome, your kids will have abundant space to play, and everyone in the home can be together or choose to retreat to their own generous spaces for rest and rejuvenation.

The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
