Enjoy gorgeous white oak herringbone floors, custom wall paneling and Schoolhouse Electric lighting paired with high coved ceilings, antique glass door knobs, tall double-pane windows and lovely original moldings.

At the front of the home, the spacious living room boasts a romantic decorative fireplace with rich, marble surround and opens to the first of two bedrooms - perfect for a guest room or home office. Prepare a gourmet meal in the sunny chef’s kitchen with a deluxe La Brezza Italian oven, Bosch European-style refrigerator and dishwasher as well as marble counters and hand-dipped antique thin brick wall detail.  The relaxing spa bathroom features a Carerra marble walk-in shower with adjustable exposed pipe rain showerhead, a European style in-wall toilet and contemporary floating vanity.

At the rear of the condo, the elegant master bedroom with bay windows enjoys amazing light and scenic outlooks of greenscaped slope sheltered by pine, flower trees, agave and the city including the Henry Street steps.  The master bedroom also enjoys custom black out shades and a large custom closet.  This fabulous home also features a private laundry area off the kitchen and stairs to the lower level common area.  Enjoy a huge, secure private storage area for this unit!

This spectacular home is situated in a well-maintained 4-unit building with impressive structural upgrades including steel framing. Enjoy this quiet residential enclave close to amazing neighborhood parks (Corona Heights and Buena Vista), the Randall Museum, tennis courts directly across the street and a short walk to nearby Duboce Triangle and Castro restaurants, cafes and shopping as well as a spectrum of transportation options.  Stroll with your dog for a walk to Courtney’s corner market to pick up your local produce, grab a coffee at Sightglass Coffee and enjoy a dinner out at nearby Souvla, Che Fico or Beretta.

Corona Heights is a small and affluent neighborhood and built into a large hill with quiet streets that surround Corona Heights Park.

Thanks to the elevation of the area, many of the homes have expansive views of the city and the Bay. The streets were created by being cut out of the large hill upon which it is built, originally part of neighboring Buena Vista Park.

The district is primarily residential, but its proximity to Cole Valley, Duboce Triangle and the Castro district offer residents a copious amount of local restaurants, boutique stores, a movie theater, grocers and community activities and events. Within walking distance are the underground transportation lines as well as city buses that run through and along its borders.

Corona Heights Park takes up a large portion of the area at the neighborhood’s northwestern edge. The park boasts panoramic views, a fenced-in dog park, and the famous Randall Museum that is owned and operated by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department. Families gather at the destination during all hours of operation to explore their rotating science, art, and interactive exhibits. Permanent areas of the museum also offer live animal exhibits, a woodshop, an art and ceramics studio, small theatre, greenhouse, and gardens.

Corona Heights is an exclusive neighborhood with unparalleled views and a mix of housing styles from Victorians to modern homes, single-family style as well as multi-unit.
