Light and bright home on the golf course. One of Crow Canyon's best floor plans - direct access to the garage from the laundry room creates a safe and convenient entry to your home. Atrium between dining area and family room promotes a light and airy feel. Overlooking the transition area between the 7th green and the 8th tee, enjoy the course views from the generous sized rear patio. Recently freshened with new lighting and a current paint scheme, the home is inviting as is or personalize to fit your tastes.

Crow Canyon Country Club is a gated community in south Danville. Around an 18 hole golf course are predominantly single level homes – some attached, some freestanding. The area is a favorite for those who wish to stay in the area, but no longer have the need or desire for a large home.

Crow Canyon also has larger homes, up to 2800 square feet, which are ideal for folks wanting a larger home in a gated community in an exceptional location. Besides golf, the Club offer tennis, a fitness center, fine dining, and an 8 lane, 25 yard swimming pool. The Crow Canyon Swim Club is known for its excellence throughout the Bay Area.

The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. The Iron Horse Regional Trail runs through Danville. It was first a railroad that has been converted to an 80-foot (24 m) wide corridor of bike and hike trails as well as controlled intersections. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
