In the hills of Crestmoor Park, near Skyline Blvd and wonderful hiking trails with views of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, this very cute 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a backdrop of mature trees and coastal hillsides is move-in ready.
Stepping inside, the warm and welcoming foyer hallway introduces honey-hued hardwood floors and soothing designer wall colors trimmed with crisp white moldings. Drama lies at the hallway’s end when you reach the elevated, light-filled living room with cathedral ceiling, skylights, elegant focal-point fireplace with companion bookcases, and a glass door exposing an inviting outdoor living space. The effect is striking and exciting!
Pony walls creatively define the dining room as it opens to the updated kitchen with Shaker-style cabinets, quartz counters, suite of seven stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas cooktop and double wall ovens, a casual dining area, wood-like tile flooring, modern crystal chandelier above the center island and a service counter with beverage fridge near the dining areas. Hardwood floors continue to the bedrooms, including the primary with outdoor access and tiled en suite bathroom.
Outdoor living spaces include a backyard patio with fire-pit, dining, dancing and barbecue areas, and a side yard with raised garden beds for a personal farm-to-table dining experience.

Located between Millbrae and South San Francisco, San Bruno is perhaps best known as the city next to San Francisco International Airport. The city of more than 42,000 has much to offer its residents, including a lively shopping district, easy access to public transit and highways, and proximity to nature.
San Bruno became an official municipality in 1914 but remained primarily rural until the 1940s when a housing boom transformed the city. The population stabilized again during the 1960s.
The city is home to Skyline College, Caltrain, and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stations, video-sharing company YouTube, and The Shops at Tanforan mall. The Golden Gate National Cemetery is located on Sneath Lane.
San Bruno residents enjoy easy access to a number of hiking and outdoor recreation areas, including 1,200-foot-tall Sweeney Ridge. Visitors to the ridge take in breathtaking views of Marin County and the East Bay on clear days.
The median household income in San Bruno is $79,000, and the median home value is $598,000, according to 2013 United States Census Bureau data. Of the city’s 15,356 housing units, 56 percent are owner-occupied.
