Is this Westside setting the prettiest in Danville? We think so! Built in 1997, this spacious 4 bedroom/2.5 bath appx 2903 square feet home sits on a .75 acre lot that includes frontage on San Ramon Creek. The serene environment is a treasure for nature lovers. The home has knockout curb appeal and attractive interior architecture. It has been impeccably maintained by the seller who is also the home's original owner. The downstairs public rooms are spacious, airy, and feature high ceilings that create a comfortable atmosphere. The 4-car garage is generously sized and well-appointed and is ideal for hobbyists or car enthusiasts. The backyard is framed by massive oaks and redwoods. There are several inviting entertaining areas, built in lighting and sound for evening ambiance, and a freeform pool complete with changing room and bath. The property is a stone's throw from Danville's vibrant downtown. Want to get your workout in? The Iron Horse trail is a few blocks away if pavement is the choice; Las Trampas trailheads are equally close if dirt underfoot or underwheel are preferred. The schools in the catchment area are among the most desired in the San Ramon Valley.

The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. The Iron Horse Regional Trail runs through Danville. It was first a railroad that has been converted to an 80-foot (24 m) wide corridor of bike and hike trails as well as controlled intersections. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
